Truck Repair Rockaway NJ

One of our trucks experienced a roadside breakdown on Jan 11, 2014 near Rockaway on Interstate 80.  We called Truckers Assist for Truck Repair assistance in Rockaway, NJ.  Your dispatcher, I believe her name was Maria, was extremely helpful and polite.  She asked all the correct truck repair related questions and also was able to obtain our location accurately outside of Rockaway, NJ.  We had a blown air bag on out 1999 KW.  She was able to dispatch someone out to us in about 30 minutes with and ETA of approximately 60 mins.  The company that was sent out to perform the truck repair was RND Service Inc.  located in Rockaway, NJ.  These guys brought the correct airbag for our trucks  and had the truck repaired and rolling within 90 minutes.  The mechanic appeared to be quite knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.  I would highly recommend that you continue to use this truck repair mechanic for any service calls your company gets in the Rockaway, NJ.  I was very pleased with the service I received from Truckers Assist and will recommend you to some of my other friends in trucking industry.

I called Truckers Assist on January 1, 2014 for truck tire repair in Tucson AZ on Interstate I-10, Exit 281.  I drive a 2006 Peterbilt and I needed a 295/75/22.5  drive tire. Your staff was very courteous over the phone and had someone for truck tire repair in a very timely and prompt manner.  They sent out a repair service called Alpha Tire and Road Service.  They came out there within 45 minutes with a brand new continental tire and had the tire replaced within 20 minutes.  The entire truck tire repair process in Tucson AZ took about 90 minutes start to finish and was done at a reasonable cost.  Alpha Tire and Road Service is a very good vendor for truck tire repair service that your company has in your network serving the Tucson AZ area.
