I experienced a breakdown in the summer of 2009.  My truck had lost all pressure and
I was stuck in state of Nevada, in the middle of nowhere at least 100 miles away from a
major city.

I called my wife and she looked online and gave me the number for Truckers Assist.

They dispatched a vendor that was about 25 miles away.  The vendor was at the
breakdown location within 45 minutes.  Within about an hour after that my truck
had been fixed and I was rolling again.

what was quoted to me before over the phone.  Given my breakdown location,  
I was expecting to wait 3 – 4 hours for someone  to arrive, but Truckers Assist
surprised me with their great service.
