Our company performs contract work for PG&E and we move construction equipment to jobsites. Our trackhoe trailer had a flat tire with the excavator fully loaded. I talked with Todd who collected the info needed to replace the tire on location and he assured me that he would be at our location in 40 minutes. Within 20 minutes Todd showed up with a variety of tires on hand and in less than an hour he had our equipment heading out to the jobsite without imposing any extra delays on our tight schedule.
